My CrossFit journey started in Boston, MA. I still remember walking into my first gym and immediately feeling like I belonged. That experience stuck with me. It was not just the workouts—it was the people, the energy, and the shared commitment to getting better every day. From that point on, I knew I wanted to help create that same environment for others.

As I have moved and grown, I have had the opportunity to be mentored by phenomenal coaches in Florida, Texas and Alaska. Along the way, I have accumulated hundreds of hours of coaching experience, working with athletes of all levels—from those just starting out to those pushing for higher performance. These experiences have shape the way I coach—focusing not just on performance, but on building confident, resilient individuals.

I do not believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all approaches. I believe in helping people build sustainable habits across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and stress management. Because when those areas are aligned, that is when real, lasting progress happens.

What drives me most as a coach is seeing someone realize they are capable of more than they thought possible. Whether it is their first class, their first pull-up, or chasing competitive goals—I am here to meet them where they are and help them move forward.

To me, CrossFit is special because of the community. It is a place where people show up for each other, push through challenges together, and celebrate every win—big or small. My goal is to make sure that every person who walks through the door feels like they belong.
